Oil: Pleasant and Healthful!
Oil is not a flavor but rather a complex composition of components that play an important role in maintaining good health. These oils undergo no refining, which preserves the minerals, vitamins, and fatty acids (monounsaturated, polyunsaturated, linoleic, etc.), which are necessary components in a healthful diet and remove bad cholesterol from arteries. Each oil has its own nutritional and taste characteristics. Make gastronomy the art of healthy eating!
